The goal of the bureau is to provide funds for reconstruction of the building, long ago in a very bad condition. Duško Raketić, one of the young Kolasinas, led the campaign through social networks. He claims that the Memorial House will probably be adaptable to donor money. This building looks unusual for the tourist's attention. The memorial house of the late 1970s was erected in memory of the First Session of the National Antifascist Council of National Liberation (ZAVNO) of Montenegro and Boka. It was designed by Slovenian architect Marko Mušić. At that time, there was a congress hall with 600 seats, which was unusable for years. The Kolasin citizens are divided around the affection towards the layout and purpose of the Memorial House.
